Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Australian Orders  We offer two domestic shipping options within Australia for a flat rate of:

• Express shipping $10 AUD. Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
•  Free Standard shipping within Australia and orders typically delivered within 7-14 business days

 

International Orders We ship worldwide and offer two international shipping options for a flat rate of:

• Express Shipping — $ 19:95 AUD Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch. 
• Free Standard Shipping — Free Estimated delivery: 21–30 business days after dispatch.

Processing Time Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please Note Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. InnovativeArt25 is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment status.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
